| 1 - 2 cups | water | 250 - 500 ml |
| ¼ - 1 cup | sugar | 50 - 250 ml |
| clean, empty jam jar or mayonaise jar with lid | ||
| 2 tablespoons | corn starch or potato flour | 30 ml |
| ¼ - ½ cup | cold water | 50 - 125 ml |
Add sugar to taste. Heat until boiling. Put cold water in empty jar, add cornstarch, put lid on tightly and shake well. Add to boiling cranberries and stir until thickened.
